Overview
SWN is assisting a local family run cafe to recruit for a Chef (or Experienced Cook) to join their growing team.
Requirements
Requirements:
-Qualified Chef or Experienced Cook
-Availability 3 days per week 7:30am to 2:30pm (& 1 weekend per month)
-Experience leading a team and creating a positive kitchen culture.
-Understanding of food costings and with menu planning.
-Can confidently create and execute daily specials.
-Monitoring the ordering and supplier needs whilst on shift.
-Is organised, reliable, & hands-on in a fast paced environment.
