Dermal Therapist (Qualified)
Overview
The Role:
As a Dermal Therapist, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-level skin consultations and treatments while building meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients. You’ll work with leading skin technologies and be trained in our signature protocols.
Duties Include:
• Advanced skin treatments (e.g. microneedling, IPL, LED, microdermabrasion, HIFU, etc.)
• Skin analysis and treatment planning
• Retailing professional skincare (Cirdcadia)
• Maintaining detailed client records
• Ensuring treatment rooms meet hygiene and presentation standards
• Participating in ongoing training and team meetings
• Working some Saturdays as required

Requirements
What the employer is looking for:
Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent/relevant experience)
Experience in advanced skin treatments and consultation
A genuine interest in skin health and science
Strong communication and client care skills
Professional presentation and a calm, nurturing presence
Desire to continue learning and growing (upskilling)
