Driving Role & Customer Care
Overview
Operational Duties Include (Yet Not Always Limited To):
• Driving role – Full TAS licence/ National Police check required
• Collecting and transporting pets to various locations and using company vehicles
• Respectful handling and preparation of pets prior to cremation
• Accurate identification, tracking, and documentation of all pets
• Frequent manual handling, including lifting and moving pets of varying sizes
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Customer Service with empathy and professionalism, high attention to detail is a must
Requirements
Full & unrestricted TAS car licence (automotatic or manual).
Willingness to undergo National Police Check.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision.
Physcially fit and capable of frequent manual habdling tasks (up to 20kg).
Respectful and empathetic with strong customer interactions abilities.
Availability from 6:00am to 5:00pm on working days.
About The Company
SWN is supporting a Bridgewater-based Pet Crematorium business to recruit for an empathetic and professional Customer Care (Driving Role) worker to join their growing team.
A family owned business, the Owners are strong believers in bringing the best pet related services possible to our island home of Tasmania.
Since December of 2022 they have owned and operated both Cornerstone and Pets at Rest Pet Crematoriums, located in Launceston and Hobart respectively. Together they provide a traditional, compassionate and dignified after life option for the pets of Tasmania.
