Farm Hand/Office Assistant

Overview

This hybrid (Farm Hand/Office Assistant) employment opportunity provides:
- Ongoing work: Monday to Friday (5 days/week).
- Some flexibility with working hours to suit you lifestyle/personal commitments.
- .5 of the role is office-based (small office environment supporting customers).
- .5 of the role is on farm (undertaking general sheep farm duties).
- Training is provided where upskilling is required.

Requirements

  • Farm Hand (specifically sheep husbandry) experience is essential.

  • Own working dog(s) desireable  (not essential).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Stong computer literacy skills.

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised as requried.

  • Tasmanian car licence (manual preferred) and reliable personal vehicle.

About The Company

SWN is working with a Southern Midlands-based business to recruit for an exciting hybrid full-time employment opportunity. This unique long-term opportunity has become available shared between a 1350 ha. sheep farm and an e-commerce store (both located in Oatlands, TAS).
