Food & Beverage Attendant
Overview
SWN are currently assisting a local Oatlands business to recruit for a Food and Beverage Attendant. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, who can deliver at a high-level, while managing competing priorities.
Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Providing table service
- Educating customers on drink and food menus
- Conducting group tours of the business
- Conducting group tastings
- Upholding and adhering to the company's values
Requirements
Valid Tasmanian RSA
Previous hospitality experience (beneficial but not necessary)
The ability and confidence to conduct tours and tasting
The ability to work within teams
The ability to learn and adapt
The ability to provide high-level customer service
