ABOUT THE ROLE
• Work on-site with Herdsmans Cove Primary School
• Supportive team environment
• Fully funded qualification: Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation
• Support from a dedicated AFL SportsReady Field Officer to help you achieve your goals
• If you are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, you will also receive one-on-one mentoring support and networking
Requirements
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Working on site at Hersmans Cove Primary School, this traineeship is designed to support the active participation of students in school sporting opportunities. The role will also provide general classroom support.
Duties and Responsibilities for this job include:
Assist with event logistics (booking transport and venues)
Assist with the delivery of programs and services
Class preparation / set-up
Attend / manage camps and excursions
Coordinate inter-school sport and recreation programs
General administrative support
Job Requirements for this role:

Good time management / organisational skills
Strong communication skills
