SWN Hospitality Ready is an 8 week pre-employment training program, designed to provide participants with the opportunity to gain qualifications and hands-on experience.

This program offers: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG), Keno Writer, housekeeping, beer pouring, barista basics, front/back of house practical skills, work readiness workshops, one-on-one mentoring... and more!
